1.Battery design requirement
Based on specifications characteristics and customer requirements of Projector, high-end projector battery packs matching host has the features of good charge-discharge and high specification security protection performance, cycle life.
A.Protection Board (PCM): designed for rechargeable smart batteries to protect circuit, the protection board needs to provide smart power calculation, overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over current protection to avoid the hazard of burning and explosion because of its chemical properties.
B.Protection IC: The main function of the design is to protect the chip, and constantly monitor the situation of overcharge, over discharge, over current, short circuit occurring, so that the chip can operate in a safe, stable and efficient condition.
C.Thermal resistance(NTC): mainly for secondary protection design. Thermal resistance with overcurrent protection, Battery products in the NTC can prevent the battery from large current discharge with high temperature.
D.Battery cells: 665469P/3000mAh/3.7V。
E.Field effect transistor(MOSFET): acting as a switch in the protection circuit.
F.Battery Pack: Simple packing, the volume can be minimized.
